I build creative tools by developing the right 🔍 lens on user need. As a machine learning engineer at Spotify, most recently I crafted the agentic tech behind AI Playlists. Prior to that, I built models that:

• understand natural language queries that ask for music,
• understand podcast content to deliver better homepage recommendations,
• and power Enhance and Smart Shuffle with recommendations that fit the vibe of your own playlists.

I'm also curious how stories, music, and photography reflect our 🔍 lens on the world.

I'm a personal knowledge management enthusiast and have been working on a project called Enzyme, inspired by conversations that I had with users of my Obsidian plugin of the same name.
